We know the therapist-client fit is so important to the therapeutic relationship and we will do everything in our power to make sure your child and their DiveThru Therapist are the right match.
In the event that the fit isn't quite right, we offer a one-on-one Rematch Service to help find the ideal therapist.
To begin, you fill out our Rematch Service Form where you’ll share the concerns, what wasn’t working for your child, and what they're looking for moving forward. Then, our Studio Managers will take the time to go through each of our therapists to find a fit for your child, so they can move forward with the support they're looking for.
You’ll have a meeting where the Studio Manager will go over the rematch therapist’s profiles in-depth, and you can move forward from there.
